Our story & overview

Rounds VanDuzer Architects PC is an established design firm providing architectural and planning services to the mid-Atlantic region since 1977. While the practice includes office, religious and residential design, we specialize in commercial, retail design and master planning.

Our expertise includes new construction and renovation of retail and regional centers as well as tenant fit-outs. With this experience, we have developed a clear understanding of the importance of planning, design excellence, project budgeting and adherence to project schedules. 

Our firm size offers our clients the advantage of skilled senior principals and associates directly involved with the evolution of each project.  The principals are backed by an experienced staff with proficiency in design, project management, construction documents and construction administration.
